What do I need to start training at home?
Three things: a bag, hand wraps and a way to mount the bag. The most common setup is the 25kg hanging bag ($180) plus a WM-40 wall bracket ($70) — $250 in total, with two hand wraps included free. Add 8 wall plugs to suit your wall. If you cannot drill, take the standing BOB bag at $280 instead, which also comes with two free wraps.
How do I pay?
PayNow, PayLah, bank transfer or card at checkout. Self-collection customers can also pay cash at the showroom. Every order gets an emailed confirmation with the payment reference.
How long does delivery take?
Within 3 working days, Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm. Delivery is a flat $40.00 anywhere in Singapore. Self-collection from the showroom is free and usually available same-day.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes — 7 days against manufacturing defects, covering stitching, seams and hardware. Check your order as soon as it arrives so anything wrong is caught inside the window. Normal wear from training and damage from incorrect installation are not covered. Full terms are on the returns and warranty page.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, provided it has not shipped. Email us or call as soon as possible and we will amend or cancel it. Once a delivery is out, you can still return an unused item — see the returns policy for the 7-day window and conditions.
