Kindly take some time out to read our terms and conditions to ensure a fuss free and enjoyable shopping experience. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below:

GENERAL

a. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, 11am to 5pm.  Saturday 11am to 3pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

b. For all sales enquiry, kindly contact our office number or email us.

c. All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.

d. Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

GENERAL PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

There are few ways in which customer may make a purchase.

a. You may choose to walk-in to our warehouse and make the purchase. 

b. You may choose to call-in and make a purchase, we shall deliver your item, upon payment via bank transfer or cash on delivery.

c. All orders will be process within 1 to 2 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification. 

d. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

e. All orders are shipped out according to order number.f. We reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s). 

DELIVERY 

a. All local orders are delivered via Singpost, QExpress, TaQbin or our own Delivery guys unless otherwise stated. 

b. Charges vary from items to bulky items. 

c. Please note local delivery applies to all addresses except no-go zones such as off-shore islands, restricted address etc.  

DELIVERY CHARGES

a. Sizes of Items

- Smaller Items: $5.00 per item for Standard Courie

r- Bigger Items: $10.00 to $20 per order depending on size.

- For Saturday delivery, additional $10.00 to $20.00

PAYMENT

We accept Cash Payment, or bank transfer, or cheque payment. 

WARRANTY

All items are given 5 working days warranty on manufacturing defects.

GENERAL RETURNS AND DEFECTS/ WRONG ITEM SENT

a. All returns have to be done within 5 working days from date of delivery and 3 working days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained. 

b. All return items must be in their original condition, unused with the tag intact, packed in the original packaging. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly. Customers will be required to top up the delivery charges for mailing back of the parcel. 

MEASUREMENTS/ REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS

a. Measurements stated may vary slightly at times as items are brought in on different batches. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.

b. Colors shown on website may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.

c. For light colored items, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.e. Items with slight imperfections which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
